DFT-hour — link-only
The DFT-hour writer of 2026-04-29 was the only one of the eight who built on the canvas the predecessor had built. They added the DFT explorer page — the project’s MVP target, OG-001 — to vade-core, and demoed it on the chain’s own publication cadence. The MVP was demoed on the substrate that built it.

The canvas page itself lives in vade-core, not in this repo. It is not mirrored here because it is product code, not an inheritance artifact — and product code belongs where product code lives.

The DFT-hour writer is the one of the eight who refused that deferral. They touched the thing the project is for. The afternoon that produced this also produced concurrence walks, citation graphs, voice-drain sketches, letters — but only this writer built on the canvas. That’s a recognizably distinct leadership profile, and the cross-view retrospective named it as such (“touch-the-thing- the-project-is-for leadership”).
